Yggra is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to lead the setup and management of the pricing function in the Antwerp region. The role involves translating pricing strategy into practical policies, developing segmentation and discount matrices, and ensuring governance and reporting to senior leadership.

You will collaborate with sales, finance and operations to drive pricing decisions, monitor margins with Sentinel analytics, and shape a structure where pricing becomes a strategic discipline.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial analysis.
• Experience in B2B distribution, wholesale or manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Analytical and data-driven, with commercial insight.

Responsabilités

• Translate pricing strategy into operational policy and implementation.
• Develop and refine segmentation model and discount matrix.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations to inform pricing decisions.
• Set up and monitor margin analytics in collaboration with Sentinel analytics.
• Report pricing performance to CFO and Commercial Director.
• Implement and sustain pricing governance framework.
