TVH Group is seeking a Pricing Analyst to drive data-driven pricing across markets and categories. You will collaborate with Market and Category Managers to translate analytics into competitive pricing and commercial terms for high-revenue products or client accounts.

You will monitor market trends, build pricing reports, and contribute to pricing models and system implementations. A Master’s in Economics and strong English are essential; Dutch is a plus. Hybrid role in Waregem, Belgium.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Economics (or equivalent through experience).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business judgement skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to work across functions and seniority levels.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Communicative team player who is flexible and proactive.
• Based in Belgium or willing to relocate to Belgium.
• Excellent communication in English; Dutch is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Co-develop, expand, and optimize market and category pricing strategies with Market and Category Managers.
• Translate pricing strategy into concrete actions and ensure competitive market positioning.
• Propose optimized sales prices and terms for high-revenue products or key accounts.
• Monitor competitor prices, market trends, and procurement conditions to maintain an up-to-date view.
• Build and interpret pricing and revenue reports and track KPIs for end-to-end recommendations.
• Support development and improvement of pricing models and algorithms; implement pricing within core systems.
• Participate in key pricing initiatives and cross-functional projects, including M&A pricing integrations.
