Immoweb is seeking a Pricing & Monetization Manager - Agencies (B2B) to temporarily lead agency pricing and monetization, partnering with Sales, Product and Finance to translate strategy into pricing structures and concrete customer propositions.

You will own the pricing strategy for Immoweb's B2B agency products during the maternity leave, monitor ARPA, revenue and churn, and deliver practical guidelines plus a seamless handover for a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Experience in pricing, monetization, revenue management, commercial strategy or a closely related analytical role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear commercial recommendations.
• Experience building financial models, business cases and scenario analyses.
• Understanding how pricing, packaging and customer segmentation influence revenue and customer behaviour.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of pricing strategy for Immoweb's B2B agency products, during the maternity leave period.
• Identify opportunities to improve ARPA and revenue through pricing, packaging, product mix and discount discipline.
• Build and maintain pricing models, business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Use customer and product data to determine pricing for different segments based on value drivers.
• Monitor competitor pricing models, market developments and customer behaviour to inform pricing decisions.
• Provide Sales with actionable pricing guidance and translate strategy into practical guidelines and deal structures.
• Collaborate with Product and Finance to assess new monetization opportunities and their financial impact.
• Monitor agency ARPA, revenue, churn, adoption and pricing performance; document analyses and decisions.
