TMC Belgium is seeking a pricing and commercial operations specialist to manage customer pricing, contracts, and commercial conditions across SAP and financial reporting. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and external service partners to ensure accuracy and resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 2-6 years in commercial or sales operations, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and SAP or ERP proficiency, and fluency in English plus Dutch or French.

• 2-6 years of experience in commercial, sales administration, customer operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
• Advanced Excel and SAP or other ERP skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain customer pricing, contracts, and commercial conditions accurately across SAP and financial reporting.
• Review and resolve customer price claims, billing discrepancies, and invoice-related issues in a timely manner.
• Support Sales and Finance by highlighting pricing risks, financial impacts, and opportunities within customer accounts.
• Coordinate with external and remote teams while ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve pricing and customer operations processes.

You will support the accurate management of customer pricing and commercial agreements. You will ensure that agreed prices, contracts, and commercial conditions are correctly reflected in SAP and financial reporting. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and external service partners, you will help resolve pricing issues and maintain reliable customer account information. You will also monitor pricing processes, identify potential financial risks, and contribute to improving operational efficiency.
