TMC Belgium is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join our global high‑tech consultancy. You will help to improve supply reliability, optimize operations, and prepare supply chains for future growth.

You will work across a portfolio of products and manufacturing activities, helping clients improve supply assurance, manage capacity and inventory, and prepare their supply chains for changes in demand and business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in production planning or related supply chain functions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, industrial, or similar environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Responsabilités

• Take responsibility for supply planning and performance across an assigned product portfolio, working with manufacturing sites and supply chain teams to identify and resolve supply issues.
• Analyse forecasts, production requirements, capacity and inventory levels to support planning decisions and develop production and supply plans.
• Monitor inventory performance, support launches, product extensions and major product changes, ensuring that production and supply plans are aligned with business requirements.
• Represent supply planning interests in cross-functional and regional discussions, coordinate actions between different teams, and follow through on agreed improvement plans.

We are looking for Supply Chain Planner to join us! You will help to improve supply reliability, optimize operations, and prepare supply chains for future growth.

You will be involved in projects covering the full supply chain, from demand and production planning through inventory management, manufacturing capacity, distribution, and network strategy.

You will work across a portfolio of products and manufacturing activities, helping clients improve supply assurance, manage capacity and inventory, and prepare their supply chains for changes in demand and business growth.

You will identify supply risks, investigate performance gaps and agree on practical actions. You will also support planning for new product launches, product changes and other events that can have an impact on manufacturing and supply.

• Take responsibility for supply planning and performance across an assigned product portfolio, working with manufacturing sites and supply chain teams to identify and resolve supply issues.

What we expect from you:

• 2–8 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply planning, demand planning, or a related supply chain function.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, industrial, or similar environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP, or similar platforms.
