Qualifications

• Degree with 5+ years in material or production planning, or related supply chain role.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, forecasting, inventory management and end-to-end operations.
• Hands-on SAP or ERP experience with advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Analytical, communicative and proactive with stakeholder management mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage material requirements, replenishment activities and supplier coordination for uninterrupted production.
• Analyze inventory performance and reduce excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
• Lead supply chain projects focusing on standardization, automation, digitalization and SAP improvements.
• Monitor planning performance indicators, including service level and working capital efficiency.
• Conduct risk and scenario analyses and respond to potential supply disruptions.

As a Material Planner, you will oversee the flow of materials throughout the production and supply chain network, ensuring the right materials are available at the right time. You will work on the development of planning strategies that balance customer service, operational efficiency, and inventory investment. The role combines daily operational planning with ownership of improvement initiatives that strengthen supply chain performance. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to improve coordination, visibility, and reliability across the material flow.

• Manage material requirements, replenishment activities, and supplier coordination to support uninterrupted production.
• Analyze inventory performance and implement actions to reduce excess, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
• Lead supply chain projects focused on process standardization, automation, digitalization, and ERP/SAP improvements.
• Monitor and improve planning-related performance indicators, including service level, and working capital efficiency.
• Conduct supply chain risk and scenario analyses while developing appropriate responses to potential supply disruptions.

What we expect from you:

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, materials, engineering or realted field, with at least 5 years in material planning, production planning, supply planning, or a related supply chain function.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, forecasting, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system, combined with advanced Excel skills.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch AND English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and continuous-improvement mindset.
