TMC Belgium is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to coordinate production schedules, manage material requirements, and maintain stock accuracy for smooth operations. You will collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to align plans with demand and capacity.

In this role you’ll drive process improvements, monitor performance, and leverage ERP/planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, or OMP to optimise material flow and inventory levels across the site.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical thinking with data interpretation and decision-making.
• Experience in production planning, material planning, or related supply chain functions.
• Familiarity with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP).
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar environments.

We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner who will focus on planning production schedules, coordinating material requirements, and maintaining stock accuracy to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

• Develop and maintain planning schedules to ensure product availability and operational continuity.
• Balance demand requirements with production, supply, and inventory constraints.
• Monitor planning performance and proactively address potential supply chain risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align planning activities and priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning processes and tools.

What we expect from you:

• 2–8 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply planning, demand planning, or a related supply chain function.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience working in a manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, OMP, or similar platforms.
