TMC Belgium is seeking a pricing and commercial operations professional to manage customer pricing, contracts and conditions across SAP and financial reporting. You will work with Sales, Finance and external partners to resolve issues and ensure accurate accounts.

The role emphasizes identifying pricing risks, driving process improvements, and maintaining compliant, auditable pricing data. Fluent English with Dutch or French is required, and 2–6 years of relevant experience.

• Coordinate with external and remote teams while ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve pricing and customer operations processes.

You will support the accurate management of customer pricing and commercial agreements. You will ensure that agreed prices, contracts, and commercial conditions are correctly reflected in SAP and financial reporting. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and external service partners, you will help resolve pricing issues and maintain reliable customer account information. You will also monitor pricing processes, identify potential financial risks, and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

What we expect from you:

• 2-6 years of experience in commercial, sales administration, customer operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
• Advanced Excel and SAP or other ERP skills.
• Fluent in English AND Dutch OR French
