Tekst is hiring a Solution Engineer (Presales) to partner with Account Executives and help enterprise prospects understand how Tekst fits their environment. You will lead technical discovery, build proof‑of‑concepts, and translate business challenges into a credible technical solution.

You will build demos and run discovery with IT architects, demonstrating API integrations and security practices. Join our growing team at Tekst's Ghent HQ to influence deals and product direction.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering or technical consulting for enterprise SaaS.
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks and enterprise software architectures; comfortable scripting (e.g. Python or TypeScript).
• Able to speak credibly with both technical (CTO) and business (Head of Operations) stakeholders.
• Enjoy digging into a messy technical environment and shaping a clear solution.
• Strong presentation skills; able to explain complex AI concepts simply and clearly.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise in customer conversations.
• Lead discovery sessions with customer IT architects to understand their existing systems and design how Tekst integrates.
• Build proof-of-concepts and custom demos, using scripting and APIs, to show automation impact on the customer's own data.
• Qualify use cases together with the customer and Account Executive.
• Explain our architecture, data handling and security approach to help customers evaluate the platform with confidence.
• Share what you learn in the field with Engineering and Product to help shape the roadmap.
