Tekst is looking for a Solution Enablement Engineer to architect the Tekst Academy and design certification programs. In this role, you'll eliminate support tickets by building a self-service portal and create training programs for Solution Engineers.

Ideal candidates have 2-5+ years in technical support or customer enablement, excellent communication skills, and experience with LMS platforms. Benefits include attractive compensation and an opportunity to shape educational content in a fast-growing company based in Ghent.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in technical support, customer enablement, or technical training for enterprise SaaS.
• Comfortable with API documentation, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and support portal tooling.
• Languages: Proficiency in English, plus Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.

Job Description

The Role

As a Solution Enablement Engineer, you are the architect of our ecosystem. You will build the Tekst Academy, design our certification programs and ensure that our "Agentic AI" becomes understandable and scalable for the entire world.

What will you be doing?

• Architect the Tekst Academy: Design and launch our Learning Management System (LMS). You determine how new users transform into "Power Users" through on-demand learning and structured certifications.
• Scale knowledge, not tickets: Your goal is to eliminate support tickets by building a superior self-service portal. You translate complex technical product updates into bite-sized documentation and high-quality video guides.
• Enablement for the field: Develop the training programs that our Solution Engineers deliver in the field. You focus on creating repeatable, scalable content rather than one-off sessions.
• Product-feedback loop: Act as the voice of the user within our technical team. Capture insights from the field and translate them into concrete requirements for Engineering and Product.
• Strategic triage: Monitor technical issues not just to solve them, but to analyze why they occurred. You drive structural improvements in our documentation and product to prevent future friction.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2-5+ years in technical support, customer enablement or technical training for enterprise SaaS.
• Technical savvy: Comfortable with API documentation, integrations and troubleshooting. You understand the "how" behind our microservice architecture.
• Communication excellence: A natural ability to explain complex concepts (like AI/ML) to both technical and business audiences.
• Tooling: Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms and support portal tooling (Zendesk, Intercom, Skilljar, or similar).
• Self‑service mindset: You’d rather build the perfect answer once than answer the same question fifty times.
• Languages: Proficiency in English is a must. Given our Benelux customer base, Dutch and/or French is a very strong plus.
