Apideck in Belgium is seeking its first dedicated Solution Engineer to join the Go-To-Market team. You will bridge customers and our platform, helping product, engineering, and commercial teams at fast-growing SaaS companies succeed with our API integration layer.

This role blends technical depth with customer-facing work: architect solutions, support API integrations, and guide onboarding. You will lead pre-sales discussions, deliver product demos, and translate business needs into technical

Qualifications

3+ years in a technical solutions, sales engineering, or implementation engineering role in SaaS/API-first environments.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, OAuth and API keys.
Experience with developer tools and creating API integrations.
Clear communication, able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

Act as the technical point of contact during pre-sales conversations and onboarding.
Collaborate with customers to design and implement scalable integration solutions using Apideck's APIs.
Assist the Sales and Customer Success teams by translating business needs into technical requirements.
Lead technical discovery calls and provide product demos tailored to engineering and product audiences.
Troubleshoot complex API-related issues and guide customers through resolution.
Contribute to improving developer documentation, guides, and other technical resources.
Serve as the feedback loop between customers and the Product/Engineering teams to help shape product roadmap and enhancements.
Continuously stay up to date with our API products and integration landscape.
