Akkodis is seeking a high-impact Practice Manager to lead our Delivery organization in Brussels, building capabilities, driving client impact, and shaping the future of our Smart Industry expertise.

You will operate as a trusted partner for clients, coach your team, and drive business growth while overseeing end-to-end service delivery, managing scope and KPIs, and advancing innovative solutions across the practice.

• Proven experience leading engineering or tech consultancy teams.
• Strong service delivery and project management skills.
• Experience in presales, bids, and solution development.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholders and strategic accounts.
• Focus on KPIs, service performance, and continuous improvement.
