Akkodis is seeking a high-impact Practice Manager to lead our Delivery organization in Brussels, building capabilities, driving client impact, and shaping the future of our Smart Industry expertise.

You will operate as a trusted partner for clients, coach your team, and drive business growth while overseeing end-to-end service delivery, managing scope and KPIs, and advancing innovative solutions across the practice.

You lead a Practice within our Delivery organization, ensuring exceptional client engagement, high-quality delivery, and strong team development.

Lead & Grow Talent

• Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent
• Coach Team Leads, SMEs, and consultants to reach their full potential
• Drive performance, engagement, and career development
• Manage resourcing, utilization, and bench efficiently

Drive Client Excellence

• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Ensure delivery excellence and high customer satisfaction
• Act as escalation point for complex delivery challenges
• Lead client workshops, define needs, and shape solutions

Own Delivery & Performance

• Oversee end-to-end technical service delivery
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Manage scope, risks, KPIs, and service performance
• Contribute directly to client-facing, billable activities

Grow Your Practice

• Identify opportunities to expand your Practice scope
• Contribute to business growth and capability development
• Support presales, bids, and solution design
• Help build innovative solutions and offerings

• Proven experience in team leadership within engineering or tech consultancy
