Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience, including consulting.
• Proven experience in leading a Platform Engineering & BI practice.
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks and ETL/ELT frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and KPIs of the Platform Engineering & BI practice.
• Drive business development: shape offerings, lead proposals, and grow key accounts.
• Build and lead a team of data engineers.
• Define AI usage within the practice for internal and client work.
