Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in consulting or building a data engineering practice.
• Ability to attract, recruit, and coach senior technical talent.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and KPIs of the Platform Engineering & BI practice.
• Drive business development and grow key accounts.
• Coach team members in both technical and consulting skills.
