Syensqo SA is seeking a Customer Technical Development Engineer to deliver high-quality technical expertise to Bosch and other customers across Europe. The role focuses on application development, market development, and supporting product adoption in the automotive and electrification sectors.

The successful candidate will work across Europe, collaborating with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and external partners to drive new opportunities, train customers, and create technical content.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, Material science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of technical support or research experience in Design and injection/extrusion processing technology of Plastic Polymers.
• Profound understanding of polymer chemistry, material properties, part/tooling design, equipment and processing technology.
• Fluency in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Develop technical expertise on existing and new applications of Syensqo’s products in collaboration with R&D, Marketing, Sales, and other internal functions, as well as with customers and testing institutes.
• Provide proactive technical consultation and subject-matter expertise to anticipate issues and deliver effective technical solutions for customers and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across customer organizations, including end-user technical stakeholders, and engage with industry associations to stay close to market needs.
• Identify and develop new application and growth opportunities with existing and prospective customers; deliver compelling technical proposals and application demonstrations.
• Provide end-to-end technical support: train customers, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues/complaints, and drive corrective actions in collaboration with internal teams.
• Represent the company externally through technical conference presentations and create high-quality technical content for internal and customer use.
