Job summary

Médiane Benelux, a specialist in electronics, development and embedded systems, is seeking an experienced Validation & Test Engineer to strengthen its automotive team. The role focuses on vehicles, hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions within a highly technical environment.

You will plan and execute validation campaigns, analyze issues, and lead a small team while liaising with internal departments and clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Automotive Eng, Electro-Mechanical Eng, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive sector, ideally with hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions.
• Experience in technically leading a team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute automotive validation and test campaigns.
• Analyze and solve issues related to powertrain and transmission systems.
• Represent validation activities within the organization and liaise with internal teams and clients.
• Apply structured work methods (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis).
• Contribute to preparation and optimization of automotive test facilities.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of engineers or test technicians.
