EVAL Europe N.V. in Belgium leads Genestar business across Europe, combining technical engineering with commercial sales to expand high-performance polymers. This role focuses on developing and managing key customer relationships and driving opportunities in automotive, electronics, and industrial segments.

Travel 40–50% across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, with home office in Belgium. Fluent German and English are required, along with a strong commercial mindset and willingness to engage

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science or a related engineering discipline.
• >3 years of experience in the plastics or polymer industry.
• Experience serving customers in automotive, Electrical & Electronics (E&E) or industrial applications.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset combined with technical credibility.
• Self-starter who enjoys working independently.
• Solution-oriented and customer-focused.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortably operating in an international environment.
• Team player with a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.

Responsabilités

• Develop and expand the Genestar business across Europe in a high-end, consultative sales cycle.
• Manage and grow relationships with customers, distributors and industry partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive, E&E, and industrial applications.
• Support customers in material selection and application development.
• Collaborate with Technical Service, Marketing and R&D teams in Europe and Japan.
• Monitor market trends, competitive developments and emerging applications.
• Prepare sales forecasts and manage sales administration activities.
• Represent Kuraray at customer meetings, technical discussions, trade fairs and industry events.
• Contribute to long-term market development strategies for Genestar in Europe.
