Job summary

TMC Belgium is seeking a hands-on PMO Officer to support planning, coordination, and follow-up of complex projects. You will work with the warehouse team, technical departments, contractors and other stakeholders to keep activities on track.

You will set up and maintain project plans, monitor milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables, and prepare reports and dashboards for project meetings. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a PMO Officer or Project Coordinator.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or warehousing projects.
• Experience with project planning, budget follow-up, cost tracking, reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP (WM, IM, MM) and tools such as MS Planner is a plus.
• A degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or engineering.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
