Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain coordination or related logistics role.
• Degree in supply chain, logistics or a related field.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems.
• Fluency in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily transport operations, including carrier bookings, collection schedules, delivery appointments, and shipment priorities.
• Track shipments from dispatch to final delivery, manage delays or transport incidents, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain accurate transport records, monitor logistics costs, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure efficient shipment execution.

The position also supports supply chain activities by monitoring order status, transport costs, and delivery schedules. The objective is to ensure reliable transportation, minimize delays, and optimize logistics efficiency.
