Job summary

TMC Belgium is seeking a hands-on PMO Officer to support planning, coordination, and follow-up of complex projects. You will work with the warehouse team, technical departments, contractors and other stakeholders to keep activities on track.

You will set up and maintain project plans, monitor milestones, budgets, risks and deliverables, and prepare reports and dashboards for project meetings. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a PMO Officer or Project Coordinator.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or warehousing projects.
• Experience with project planning, budget follow-up, cost tracking, reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP (WM, IM, MM) and tools such as MS Planner is a plus.
• A degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration or engineering.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the project plan, track milestones and ensure actions and deliverables are completed on time.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, costs and risks, and prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for project meetings.
• Organize meetings with internal teams and external partners, document decisions and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Coordinate the different stakeholders and ensure that technical activities, contractor work and warehouse operations are aligned.
• Monitor the impact of project activities on daily warehouse operations, coordinate temporary relocations and material flows, and raise issues with the Senior Project Manager when needed.
