Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior PMO specialist to support ICT projects and guide portfolio decisions. You will help management translate strategic priorities into a deliverable portfolio of digitalisation and organisational change projects.

You will monitor schedules, risks and progress, ensure quality of reports, support prioritisation and facilitate decision‑making, with a focus on delivering value for government ICT programmes. This is a part‑time role at 60%.

Qualifications

• Five years in a PMO, programme or portfolio role.
• Five years supporting ICT projects under an established methodology.
• Three years preparing management reports, project reports or policy advice.
• Experience working within a government organisation.
• Experience tracking several ICT projects or programmes at the same time.
• Experience managing stakeholders in ICT projects or programmes.
• Dutch, C2 (CEVR).

• Experience tracking several ICT projects or programmes at the same time.
• Experience managing stakeholders in ICT projects or programmes.
• Dutch, C2 (CEVR).

Nice to have

• Experience with PRINCE2, PMI or PMBOK.
• Experience with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with asset management tools, including configuration and licence management.

Good to know
