We are looking for a Low-Code Platform Architect to join our international team and contribute to the design, governance, and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing Low-Code solutions aligned with business and organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Low-Code solutions using platforms such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, or equivalent technologies to meet business requirements.
- Lead the architecture and design of Low-Code modules, applications, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective platform solutions.
- Manage the Low-Code platform lifecycle, including governance, upgrade planning, instance strategy, release management, and lifecycle adoption.
- Ensure optimal platform performance, stability, availability, security, and compliance.
- Define and enforce Low-Code development standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
- Conduct code and configuration reviews and ensure adherence to established architectural and development standards.
- Create and maintain architectural documentation, technical standards, design principles, and platform guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and architectural support to development and configuration teams.
- Evaluate new platform features and enhancements based on release cadence, feature adoption roadmaps, and assessment of business value.
- Ensure data integrity and security through CMDB/CSDM compliance, Access Control Lists (ACLs), encryption, segregation of duties, and audit-readiness practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and architectural issues across Low-Code platforms and integrations.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) covering platform health, performance, availability, and governance.
- Establish continuous improvement practices to enhance platform service quality, reliability, and business value.
- Lead the design and implementation of integrations with enterprise systems using APIs, data federation, and appropriate integration patterns.
- Support platform governance through architecture and design councils, ensuring solutions remain aligned with organisational standards.
- Manage multiple platform initiatives, upgrades, and enhancements while maintaining operational continuity.
- Facilitate technical workshops and communicate platform architectures and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- In-depth knowledge and professional experience with Low-Code platforms such as ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CMDB, or equivalent expertise in Power Platform capabilities such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Dataverse.
- Experience designing and implementing Low-Code integrations using REST, SOAP, and APIs.
- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL 4, with the ability to align Low-Code solutions with enterprise service management standards.
- Experience with development and configuration environments such as ServiceNow Studio, Eclipse, or Visual Studio.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and SaaS architectures.
- Experience implementing security, compliance, and governance standards within Low-Code platforms.
- Experience with performance tuning and optimisation of ServiceNow or Microsoft Power Platform applications.
- Knowledge of Low-Code platform governance, upgrade, release, and lifecycle management practices, including platform Store applications and feature adoption.
- Knowledge of CMDB and CSDM alignment practices to ensure accurate configuration management, service mapping, governance, and audit readiness.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture, integration patterns, security controls, and enterprise governance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and design sustainable, scalable solutions.
- Ability to communicate platform architectures and technical designs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including requirements gathering and expectation management.
- Ability to define platform roadmaps aligned with organisational objectives and business priorities.
- Ability to decompose business processes and organisational goals into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Ability to coordinate team activities, manage team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and provide technical direction.
- Ability to adopt new Low-Code platform capabilities, technologies, and industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple platform initiatives, upgrades, and enhancements concurrently.
- Experience facilitating workshops and presenting solutions to diverse audiences.
- Strong commitment to ensuring platform configurations comply with defined standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence technical and business decision-making.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French would be considered an additional asset.

Minimum level of expertise: Normal for configuration or module-level expertise under senior oversight, and Advanced for architects accountable for enterprise-wide Low-Code platform design and governance.
Mandatory: One of the following or an equivalent certification: ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA), ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
