We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our international team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and reusable automated testing solutions across web, API, and back-end applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, execute, and monitor automated testing activities across digital solutions.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of strategies for integrating automated testing into the overall testing process.
- Evaluate and select automation tools and technologies according to the needs of digital solutions and DevSecOps practices.
- Define methodologies and approaches for building and maintaining scalable test automation architectures.
- Design and develop new or enhanced automated testing solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Support the transition from manual testing towards automated testing approaches.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable test automation frameworks for web, API, and back-end testing.
- Create automated test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and other relevant testing requirements.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and provide rapid feedback on build quality.
- Develop automated test reporting and collect relevant testing metrics to support quality monitoring and decision-making.
- Collaborate with manual testers and developers to identify suitable opportunities for test automation.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated regression test suites.
- Promote a shift-left testing approach by integrating quality and testing activities earlier into the software development lifecycle.
- Manage and maintain test data required for automated testing activities.
- Troubleshoot and maintain automated testing solutions to ensure reliability and consistency across environments.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new automation frameworks, technologies, programming languages, and CI/CD tools.
- Explore the use of Generative AI to support automated test generation and improve testing efficiency.
- Prepare clear technical documentation covering automation frameworks, test cases, processes, and results.
- Collaborate with international and multicultural development, QA, and business teams to ensure effective delivery of automated testing solutions.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
- Professional experience designing and implementing test automation solutions.
- Knowledge of test automation technologies, frameworks, and techniques for web, API, and mobile testing.
- Experience with automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or RestAssured.
- Hands‑on experience developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.
- Experience with Git and modern version control practices.
- Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.
- Experience managing and preparing test data for automated testing.
- Knowledge of containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for creating consistent and reproducible test environments.
- Knowledge of automated test generation using Generative AI technologies.
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and their application to software testing and quality assurance.
- Ability to design robust, maintainable, reusable, and scalable automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of regression testing and the identification of suitable automation candidates.
- Ability to analyse testing requirements and translate them into effective automated test cases and solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prepare clear, structured, and comprehensive technical and testing reports.
- Ability to integrate effectively into international and multicultural teams.
- Ability to self‑start and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional development and QA squads.
- Capacity to continuously learn and adopt evolving automation frameworks, programming languages, and CI/CD technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of French would be considered an additional asset.

Mandatory:
ISTQB Advanced Level Test Automation Engineer certification or an equivalent qualification.
