Job summary

CMA CGM Air Cargo in Brussels is looking for a Planner to join the operations team at our Brussels branch. The role focuses on planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance in line with EASA requirements and manufacturer guidance.

You will collaborate with flight operations and engineering to minimize disruptions, track progress, and ensure documentation accuracy. A BTS/Aviation degree and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in planning or engineering within a Part-145 or Part-CAMO environment.
• Knowledge of applicable EASA maintenance regulations.
• Fluent technical English (written and spoken) mandatory.
• Proficiency in aeronautical maintenance software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan all aircraft maintenance activities in line with EASA regs and manufacturer guidance.

• Monitor progress of maintenance work and ensure adherence to plan.
• Estimate time and resources required for maintenance tasks.

We are looking for aPlanner to join our team as part of the development of our operations at our Brussels branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule and plan all aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with EASA regulations and manufacturer recommendations.
• Coordinate with flight operations to minimize flight schedule disruptions caused by maintenance activities.
• Monitor the progress of maintenance work and ensure it is carried out according to the plan.
• Estimate the time and resources required for aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure the availability of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as engineering, quality control, and safety, to ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with maintenance teams and management regarding planned maintenance and any schedule changes.
• Oversee the review of maintenance documentation (Workpackage, TechLogs) before submitting them to clients.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Permanent contract (35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, standard office hours).
• Location: Brussels – Zaventem.
• Salary based on profile and experience.

REQUIRED PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Minimum education: Associate’s degree (BTS ATI, BTS Aeronautics, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in planning or engineering within a Part-145 or Part-CAMO organization.
• Knowledge of applicable EASA maintenance regulations.
• Proficiency in aeronautical maintenance management software (e.g., AMASIS, TRAX, OASES, Aerotrack, etc.).
• Proficiency in Airbus World (AirNav X) and Boeing Toolbox.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of aeronautical technical documentation.
• Organized, rigorous, and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Autonomous and proactive.
• Knowledge of AMOS is a plus.
• Fluent technical English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
