Job summary

TCR International seeks a Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to join our Assets department. You will coordinate fleet activities and the movement of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, reporting to the Fleet & Logistics Manager.

You will connect local entities, airports, suppliers and internal teams to ensure equipment is allocated efficiently, transported safely and supported by accurate administration, with involvement in asset lifecycle decisions.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years’ experience in fleet, logistics or technical asset management.
• Strong commercial judgement and technical curiosity.
• Confident communication with senior and regional stakeholders.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple bookings, orders and shipments.
• Independent, structured and customer focused.
• Fluent English; Dutch or other European languages are an asset.
• Strong Excel and digital systems skills; SAP or ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate used GSE bookings and allocation across Europe and MEA.
• Track rental readiness and follow up on non-rented equipment.
• Support non-revenue CAPEX requests and related purchase orders.
• Coordinate asset disposal and keep accounting teams informed.
• Coordinate GSE transport, customs, purchase orders and delivery follow-up.
• Join regional calls and reviews to monitor fleet and logistics performance.
• Escalate key asset lifecycle and CAPEX decisions to the Fleet & Logistics Manager.
• Promote safe working practices across all fleet and logistics activities.

Fleet & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Fleet & Logistics Coordinator to join our Assets department. You will coordinate fleet activities and the movement of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) across Europe and the Middle East and Africa.

Reporting to the Fleet & Logistics Manager, you will connect our local entities, airports, suppliers, freight forwarders and internal teams. You will help ensure that equipment is allocated effectively, transported safely and supported by accurate administration.

Alongside logistics coordination, you will contribute to decisions throughout the asset lifecycle. This includes monitoring equipment that is not currently rented, following up on refurbishment requirements and supporting investment decisions that extend the operational life of our assets.

What you'll do

Fleet Coordination

• Coordinate used GSE bookings and allocation across Europe and MEA.

What we're looking for
