Job summary

CMA CGM Air Cargo in Brussels is looking for a Planner to join the operations team at our Brussels branch. The role focuses on planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance in line with EASA requirements and manufacturer guidance.

You will collaborate with flight operations and engineering to minimize disruptions, track progress, and ensure documentation accuracy. A BTS/Aviation degree and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in planning or engineering within a Part-145 or Part-CAMO environment.
• Knowledge of applicable EASA maintenance regulations.
• Fluent technical English (written and spoken) mandatory.
• Proficiency in aeronautical maintenance software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan all aircraft maintenance activities in line with EASA regs and manufacturer guidance.
• Coordinate with flight operations to minimize disruptions to flight schedules.
• Monitor progress of maintenance work and ensure adherence to plan.
• Estimate time and resources required for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and tools required for maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality control, and safety to ensure compliance.
• Communicate planned maintenance and changes effectively to teams.
• Oversee review of maintenance documentation before submission to clients.
