Johnson & Johnson Geel site seeks a Logistics and Customs Expert to coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, manage customs filings, and optimize warehouse capacity in line with GxP and regulatory requirements.

With a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years in supply chain, logistics, or customs, you’ll work with cross-functional teams using SAP/MES/Descartes or Stream, and apply Lean methods to improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum three years of relevant supply chain, logistics, or customs experience.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel, and digital reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Operational coordination and shipment execution: coordinate loading, unloading, sampling, and pick‑and‑pack activities with warehouse operations; prepare transport, customs and dangerous goods documentation; provide hands-on support to resolve daily issues.
• Customs and excise compliance: maintain records for Duty Inward Processing Relief; prepare monthly/quarterly filings; ensure correct excise reporting.
• Warehouse capacity management: monitor fill rates by GHS class, temperature and quality; coordinate overflow storage; align with production plan and safeguarding material availability.
• Lead or support improvement projects within area, applying Lean and data-driven problem solving.
• Support and back up colleagues, contribute to inspection readiness, and participate in TIER communication process.
