Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Logistics Specialist to own end-to-end clinical supply chain operations in a regulated pharma setting. You will collaborate with a small team and manager to ensure compliant, timely global distribution and warehouse activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, maintaining GMP/GDP documentation, and supporting SOPs and change controls. Strong ERP/SAP skills and bilingual French/English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience in a regulated environment.
• Experience in clinical trial distribution, warehousing, and international shipments with cold chain is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; SAP logistics modules is highly valued.
• Fluent in French and English with strong collaboration across global partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end clinical trial distribution, including coordination, order execution after QP release, returns, and close-out.
• Oversee warehousing activities: receiving, dispensing, shipping, inventory, and liaison with carriers.
• Maintain GMP/GDP-compliant documentation and archive via paper and digital systems.
• Help write and maintain SOPs, deviations, investigations, and change controls.
• Serve as primary internal contact for distribution operations and stakeholder management.
