Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Logistics and Customs Expert for the Geel, Belgium site. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, prepare customs documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance across duties and excise reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, international trade, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum three years of relevant supply chain, logistics, or customs experience.
Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Experience with SAP, MES, and customs software such as Descartes or Stream is a plus.
Knowledge of Lean principles and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Coordinate loading, unloading, sampling and pick-and-pack activities with warehouse operations.
Prepare accurate transport, customs, and dangerous goods documentation.
Maintain complete records for Duty Inward Processing Relief and excise reporting.
Monitor fill rates and coordinate overflow storage across warehouses.
Lead or support improvement projects applying Lean and data-driven methods.
