Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in compound logistics or related field.
Proven leadership managing teams in matrixed environments.
Experience driving Lean and automation initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management across scientific, technical, and business functions.
Budgeting, resource planning, and performance management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Compound Logistics operations in Beerse.
Manage capacity, budgets and resources to deliver scalable services.
Drive automation and digital technologies to improve productivity and quality.
Represent Beerse in global initiatives and communicate performance to leadership.
