Job summary

Kipling is seeking a Manager, Kipling Performance Marketing to join our Digiland team in Antwerp, Belgium. You will lead paid digital marketing initiatives that accelerate Kipling’s online growth and support Kipling.com in achieving its e-commerce objectives.

You will develop and optimize full-funnel strategies across Paid Search, Shopping, paid social, YouTube, TikTok and other channels, translating data into insights and collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to balance brand

Qualifications

Five+ years of digital and performance marketing experience.
Strong commercial acumen, analytics, and budget management abilities.
Hands-on proficiency with GA, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and GSC.

Responsibilities

Lead paid digital marketing initiatives to accelerate Kipling’s online growth and support Kipling.com’s e-commerce objectives.
Develop and optimize full-funnel strategies across Paid Search, Shopping, Paid social, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels.
Define and evaluate paid media KPIs, build automated dashboards, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Manage media agency relationships and coordinate campaigns to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with Brand, Digital Marketing, Trade Team, Finance and agencies to align plans with financial targets.
Apply a test-and-learn approach with A/B testing of creatives, content, landing pages, and targeting.
Support CRM and digital media integration to grow the first‑party database.
Plan, manage, and track digital media investment in line with Kipling’s brand identity.
