Job summary

VF Corp. invites a results-driven Manager, Kipling Performance Marketing to join our Digiland team in Antwerp, Belgium. Lead paid digital growth across search, social, YouTube, and more, balancing brand priorities with conversion performance.

You will define full-funnel strategies, optimize campaigns, build dashboards, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to drive Kipling.com’s e-commerce objectives and measurable ROAS.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in digital/performance marketing with full-funnel strategies.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns.
• Fluency in English; additional European language a plus.
• Knowledge of AI applications in digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize full-funnel strategies across Paid Search, Shopping, Paid social, YouTube, TikTok, and other channels.
• Define and evaluate paid media KPIs; build dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Manage media agency relationships and coordinate cross-channel campaigns.
• Collaborate with Brand, Digital Marketing, Trade Teams, Finance, and agencies to align plans with financial objectives.
• Lead test-and-learn initiatives with A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.
