Belgian organization seeks an experienced Business Analyst to immerse in business processes and drive digitalization initiatives. You will map current workflows, gather stakeholder needs and translate them into clear requirements and solution directions.

Collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers and architects, you ensure alignment with the digitalization strategy and validate proposed changes through stakeholders, delivering tangible value over a long-term program.

Responsabilités

• You start from the business and its processes rather than from a predefined IT solution.
• You engage with various stakeholders, identify their challenges and needs, and seek to understand how processes actually work today.
• You analyze the current way of working, identify bottlenecks and opportunities, and work with the business to define as-is and to-be.
• You translate insights into clear business requirements, processes, objectives and solution directions.
• You maintain a view of the bigger picture and ensure proposed solutions align with the digitalization strategy.
• You work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, Functional Analysts and development teams.
• You remain involved in validation and decision-making, ensuring the final solution addresses the business problem.
