RetailSonar is seeking an Office & People Manager in Ghent to blend HR administration with a strong people focus. You will handle payroll, fleet management, onboarding, and office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient workplace.

This role combines ownership with cross-functional collaboration and a clear impact on employee experience. You will drive payroll accuracy across Belgium, NL, France and Germany, maintain HR records, and coordinate onboarding and fleet activities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Office/HR/Business management.
• Experience in HR administration, payroll or office management is a strong advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate work.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate payroll for Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany with external payroll partners.
• Keep employee files, contracts and HR documentation up to date.
• Be the first point of contact for employees on practical HR questions and absences.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation, accounts, laptops and insurance.
• Manage company car fleet and advise on car selection or changes.
• Oversee office operations, supplies, facilities, and requests.
• Organise team events, dinners, BBQs and teambuilding activities.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, office environment, and culture.
