KONE BeLux is seeking an Operations Team Leader / Responsable Paie et Administration du Personnel in BeLux, reporting to the HR Director. You will supervise payroll operations and lead teams, driving improvements to processes and collaborating with the shared services center in Bratislava.

Fluency in French, Dutch and English is required, with knowledge of Evolution/DOTS (Attentia) a plus. Luxembourg/French payroll experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Belgian payroll for blue- and white-collar workers.
• Experience in optimizing and digitizing payroll processes.
• Strong networking and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the payroll & personnel administration teams.
• Drive process optimization and digitization of payroll operations.
• Maintain relationship with the shared services center in Bratislava.
• Participate in compensation and benefits projects.
