EURESYS in Liège, Belgium, seeks an experienced HR professional to manage Belgium payroll and support global HR operations. The role covers compensation, benefits, employee relations, onboarding, and collaboration with international teams.

You will ensure payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely HR reporting, while providing a reliable, service-oriented contact for employees and managers in a dynamic, global group.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in an HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labor law and payroll administration.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Experience in a global group structure.
• Reliable and structured with sense of responsibility and service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Manage monthly payroll closure for Belgium and oversee payroll for Germany, Singapore and Japan.
• Act as Compensation & Benefits expert for Belgium.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports.
• Serve as the primary HR contact in Belgium for employees and managers.
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding and offboarding.
• Assist HR colleagues with local hiring needs.
• Coordinate with international HR colleagues on administration.
• Support transformation initiatives focusing on HR tools and processes.
