Griffith Foods in Belgium seeks a People Advisor to partner with the business, deliver operational HR services, manage employee relations, and drive HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.

You will own HR administration, support payroll processes, coordinate internal communications, and act as a Systems Champion for Workday and Protime, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR generalist/People Advisor or partner roles.
• Proven ability to advise on employee relations and compliance.
• Experience with HR systems and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters.
• Handle HR administration, onboarding/offboarding and payroll support.
• Manage data accuracy and weekly/monthly HR reporting.
• Drive HR projects and initiatives to improve culture and performance.
• Support internal communications and HR branding.
• Provide system training and audits for Workday/Protime.
• Coordinate audits and ensure policy compliance.
