You will own HR administration, support payroll processes, coordinate internal communications, and act as a Systems Champion for Workday and Protime, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting across the employee lifecycle.

The People Advisor serves as a key partner to the business, providing comprehensive HR support across multiple functions.
This person is a real HR professional who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and enter the workplace with a smile. This role is responsible for managing employee relations, delivering operational HR services, talent acquisition, talent development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Acting as the Systems Champion, the People Advisor drives system accuracy, reporting, and process improvements. Additional responsibilities include handling HR administration, supporting payroll processes, coordinating internal communications, and contributing to HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. The People Advisor plays a critical role in fostering a positive employee experience while enabling business performance through efficient and reliable HR operations.
The People Advisor provides comprehensive support throughout the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, learning and development initiatives, performance management, and addressing day-to-day HR queries.
The People Advisor acts as an advanced user of HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. They also serve as a backup for system audits and maintenance, keeping all HR platforms up to date.
Act as a first point of contact for employees and managers providing practical and legally sound advice in any matter concerning hiring, transfers, legal, etc. coordinating with lawyers or external advisors if necessary, and supporting the resolution of workplace issues.
Processes employment contracts and addendums.
Support managers conduct investigations and disciplinary hearings.
Know and apply the collective agreement, as well as any other regulations applicable to the unit.
Provides HR support during workplace and ethical audits.
Responsible for onboarding process for office and factory staff.
The People Advisor ensures operational support in the following areas: recruitment (internal & external) on- and off boarding, consequence management, follow-up of appraisal cycles, and handling daily HR queries.
Leverage data analysis and monitoring KPIs to improve performance and culture (absenteeism, overtime, …).
Deliver the organizational change programs, ensuring effective communication of impacts.
Organize informational sessions and trainings about different HR topics to both office as factory staff.
Provides expertise in HR systems (Workday/Protime) and keeps the systems updated.
Provides training to new employees in the use of systems and to all employees in any new functionality.
Ensures time and attendance policy is well conducted by all managers and employees (registration of working hours, requests for absence etc.)
Ensures accuracy in HR data processing.
Provides weekly, monthy, quarterly and yearly reporting for o.a. Committee, Work’s Council, EFI meeting…
Analyse data and think about possible improvements.
Correctly processing and archiving all HR documentation, including employment contracts, sick notes, leave requests and other employment-related documents.
Checking and maintaining up-to-date personnel files.
Follow up HR mailbox.
Keep track of HR communications and timings.
Draft and publish HR policies and HR information.
Create and send HR news flashes to employees.
Participate in external events such as job fairs, campus recruitment.
Implement initiatives topromote a safe, healthy and positive culture.
Support the organization of site events andactivities (wellbeing, Griffith Cares initiatives, valuedbehaviours…)
Support the periodicalemployee engagement survey(Our Voice) and actionimplementation.
Identify opportunities to rewardand celebrate employeeachievements.
The People Advisor gives support or is in the lead for different People Projects (e.g absenteeism, overtime reduction, wellbeing initiatives, …).
Take part of the People team in participating in the implementation of (Global) projects and trainings.
Great communication in Dutch & English

Our starting base salary for this role is 65,000 EUR gross fix per year.
