Fresenius Medical Care Belgium is seeking an HR Advisor to oversee core HR operations across the Benelux region, with a focus on payroll, benefits, and employee relations. You will support Belgian and Dutch processes, ensure policy compliance, and partner with external payroll providers to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in an operational HR role.
• Fluent in Dutch (Flemish) and English; French is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Belgian and/or Dutch payroll administration, labor law, and HR operations.
• Experience with external payroll providers.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate payroll activities for Belgium and the Netherlands with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Administer and coordinate employee benefit programs and annual reviews.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary processes, performance management, and grievances.
• Monitor legislative developments and support compliance activities, audits, and data/documentation.
• Act as HR point of contact for managers and employees and escalate complex cases.
• Maintain HR data quality, support HRIS administration and reporting, ensure GDPR compliance.
• Provide operational HR support to the Netherlands and Benelux region to ensure consistent employee experience.
• Manage HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle and prepare employment documentation.
