WARREN in Ghent is seeking a Pension Fund Manager to lead strategic governance and operations of its pension fund. This senior role comes with full executive responsibility for ensuring financial soundness and compliance while overseeing daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in pension fund management, be experienced in Belgian regulations, and be a fluent Dutch and English speaker. This is an opportunity to drive significant impact in the pension sector.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years experience in pension fund management or regulated financial services.
• Deep understanding of Belgian pension regulation and FSMA processes.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of the fund’s strategy in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee daily fund administration and ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the investment committee to monitor performance.
