KONE BeLux is seeking an Operations Team Leader / Responsable Paie et Administration du Personnel in Brussels, overseeing payroll operations and leading teams, with regular travel to France. The role focuses on optimizing processes, building internal networks, and driving continuous improvement across Belgian payroll functions.

The ideal candidate will have Belgian payroll experience for blue- and white-collar workers and be fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Belgian payroll for blue- and white-collar workers.
• Experience optimizing and digitizing payroll processes.
• Strong ability to build internal networks and communicate effectively.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, evaluate and develop the payroll and administration teams to implement strategy in line with global and local processes.
• Continuously optimize payroll processes and tools for efficiency.
• Define actions to improve current payroll processes while considering stakeholders’ interests.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and implementation of ideas.
• Maintain relationships with the shared services center in Bratislava for day-to-day administration.
• Participate in compensation and benefits projects.
