Acuity Ireland is hiring a part-time HR operations partner based in Cork. You will manage payroll, benefits administration, and local associate processes to support a growing technology center.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement scalable HR processes and improve payroll reporting, controls, and data accuracy. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding associate experience and requires 18-20 hours per week onsite, with flexible scheduling to cover key business activities,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll, benefits and/or operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with pension plans, health and welfare plans, and leaves of absence.

Responsabilités

• Administer benefit programs in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Support the implementation of new benefit programs and enhancements.
• Manage leave of absence programs with medical, disability, and protected leaves.
• Maintain benefits systems, reporting, data integrity, and process automation.
• Partner with payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Prepare payroll and benefits reports for HR, Finance, and leaders.
