OPENLANE Europe is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Officer to manage payroll processing across multiple European countries and entities. You will administer benefits and maintain Workday data, acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers.

You will collaborate with providers and internal teams to ensure compliant operations, while continuously improving processes in a dynamic European environment. Strong attention to detail and service orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certifications in HR, Payroll, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR operations or similar role.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and benefits administration.
• Experience in international environment with multiple entities.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple European countries, entities and populations.
• Administer a broad range of employee benefits (cars, insurance, pension, mobility, country programs).
• Maintain high-quality employee data in Workday and support lifecycle activities.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, managers and HR colleagues on payroll and benefits topics.
• Partner with payroll providers, insurers, brokers and stakeholders to ensure compliant operations.
• Support reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
