Jobtailor is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to coordinate payroll across multiple European countries and entities. You will manage benefits programs, maintain employee data in Workday, and serve as the key contact for payroll and benefits across the continent.

The role requires 3-5 years in payroll/HR operations, strong English, and experience in an international setting. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional certifications in HR, Payroll, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, HR operations or a similar role.
• Solid understanding of payroll processes, benefits administration and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience working in an international environment with multiple legal entities.
• Experience working with HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage recurring deadlines.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in Dutch, French, German, or Italian is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple European countries, legal entities and employee populations.
• Administer employee benefits including company cars, insurance, pension plans, mobility solutions and country-specific benefit programs.
• Maintain employee data in Workday and support payroll and benefits activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, managers and HR colleagues on payroll and benefits topics.
• Partner with payroll providers, insurers, brokers and internal stakeholders across Europe.
• Support reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build expertise across all countries within scope and provide back-up support for business continuity.
