Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in banking, consulting, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of PSD2, PSD3 and open banking.
• Experience with gap analysis and regulatory readiness for banks.

• Experience with emerging payment trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis and prepare financial institutions for PSD3 compliance.
• Provide expertise in open banking and regulatory frameworks like PSD2 and FIDA.
• Develop strategies to transition banks to a digital, cashless future.
• Monitor trends in instant payments and new payment methods.
• Lead projects and change management activities.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with clients.
