BDO Belgium is seeking a Payments Transformation Manager to guide financial institutions through digital transformation in payments. You will lead open banking initiatives, ensure PSD2/PSD3 compliance, and drive change across client engagements.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills with fluency in English and either Dutch or French. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape a cashless future.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in banking, consulting, or related industry.
• Deep knowledge of PSD2, PSD3, and open banking.
• Experience conducting gap analysis and preparing banks for regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of FIDA regulation and impact on financial institutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Dutch or French as native with fluency in the other language and English.
