Job summary

HR Pay Solutions seeks a results-driven payments operations professional to oversee end-to-end payment flows and maintain a stable, compliant operation. You will own the Core Banking and payments ecosystem, act as SME on processes and controls, and drive improvements across the organization.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, analytical thinking, and strong collaboration with business, technology, finance and compliance teams, with fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payments, banking operations, treasury, fintech or similar transaction-driven environments.
• Strong analytical thinking, hands-on approach and structured problem-solving.
• Collaborative team player with ability to liaise with business, technology, finance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end payment flows to ensure stable, efficient operation.
• Own the operational performance of Core Banking and payments ecosystem as SME.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues and complex exceptions to improve reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes, controls and ways of working.
• Support growth initiatives, testing, and system evolution while ensuring regulatory compliance.
