Shyfter SA is seeking a dynamic Partnerships Manager fluent in French and Dutch to scale our partner ecosystem across Belgium and France. You will nurture and activate external alliances, create compelling joint value, and turn relationships into qualified opportunities for our Sales team to close.

Lead engagement with SaaS platforms, drive joint campaigns and integrations, coordinate partner visits, webinars and events, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Full professional bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch (spoken and written).
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• At least 4 years of relevant B2B commercial experience, including 2 years managing technology partnerships or SaaS partner ecosystem.
• Proven track record of partnerships that generated qualified opportunities and customers.
• Experience with software integrations and explaining their business value.

Responsabilités

• Build long-term partnerships that consistently generate business opportunities and new customers.
• Develop connected software ecosystem by partnering with tools that integrate with Shyfter.
• Identify platforms with mutual business value and convert into opportunities.
• Define collaboration terms and how opportunities are generated and followed up.
• Drive engagement through partner conversations, visits, trainings and joint initiatives.
• Keep partners informed and motivated by managing progress and feedback loops.
• Translate commercial needs into clear use cases for Product and align expectations.
• Measure partner performance across referrals, pipeline and customers.
