EngiFlex BV is seeking a part-time freelance PMO/Transformation PMO specialist to design, implement and continuously improve a management and steering framework for a technology organization. You will consolidate the project portfolio, define prioritization criteria, and support capacity planning with governance and reporting improvements.

The role requires a master’s degree and 6–8 years in Enterprise PMO, with strong stakeholder management, governance capabilities, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Enterprise PMO/Transformation PMO.
• Demonstrated senior PMO collaboration experience.
• Portfolio management experience coordinating multiple projects/initiatives.
• Experience with governance and organizational structuring.
• Experience with project documentation management and templates.
• Experience defining, consolidating and reporting KPIs.
• Experience designing or improving enterprise PMO methodologies, governance and processes.
• Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and managing stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficiency in PRINCE2, PMBOK, PMI and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience implementing dashboards.
• Strong analytical and systemic thinking skills.
• Excellent structuring, organizational and communication skills.
• Leadership, autonomy and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and continuously improve PMO practices and methodologies.
• Consolidate the portfolio of projects and initiatives with roadmap follow-up.
• Create prioritization and arbitration mechanisms and define selection criteria.
• Support capacity planning and management arbitration processes.
• Develop KPI frameworks and reporting templates and dashboards.
• Structure governance bodies and decision forums; prepare executive summaries.
